  於1991 年畢業於高雄醫學大學藥學系之後，首先投身於藥品的推廣業務3年， 自從1994 年台灣要求執行GCP 臨床試驗，即開始擔任臨床試驗監測員的工作。 承接全台灣第一個多中心臨床試驗，亦有監測香港之臨床試驗中心之經驗。 一路在此領域鑽研。承接過的試驗領域相當廣泛: 包含氣喘用藥，心血管用藥， 腸胃科用藥，抗生素，腫瘤用藥，麻醉科用藥，生物製劑藥物及疫苗試驗。 2000 年成為台灣第一位擔任臨床試驗品質管控的人員(Quality Control Manager)， 更涉獵SOP 訂定，人員培訓，協助稽核及查核。 積極參與公協會之事務，為TCRA (台灣藥物臨床研究協會)之創始會員及首任理事長。 2012 年，加入財團法人醫藥品查驗中心，擔任GCP 查核相關業務，協助查核作業， 訓練專職查核員，以期台灣臨床試驗之GCP 查核作業與國際接軌。

  I have about 19 years experiences working in the clinical research industry including global pharmaceutical company and CRO starting from a CRA to project manager, clinical study team lead and lead a CRA team. In addition, I have tried another different role to be Strategic and Site Relationship Manager to explore my networking with the institutions and build up deep relationship with KOLs. Now I am working in Eli Lilly to lead Site Engagement team to do new drug development.
